rans Stratus. all original, even the tires! this is the smaller sized frame. i 'M 6; 1 AND IT 'S TOo small for me. I 'd think aout 5'8 could be it, depending upon inseam.the frame has scratches and is a little dented where the former kickstand clamps were. just cosmetic.Rans still makes the Stratus, but they ain't inexpensive.$700. would think about delivering a short distance [OMAK, OROVILLE] or possibly fulfilling halfway longer distances. would consider shipping, however the cost is on u and the Stratus would be expensive as it will most likely be oversize.
